Hiring Mutual Fund Outbound Sales / RBT Process | Startek

Startek is hiring experienced BPO Sales Executives for the Nippon Mutual Fund Outbound Sales and RBT process in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers for mutual fund-related sales.
• Explain mutual fund products and investment-related services.
• Promote suitable products according to customer requirements and approved process guidelines.
• Convert potential customers into sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
• Maintain customer follow-ups and accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with financial services guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 12 years of BPO sales experience required.
• Experience in outbound sales preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Versant Level 4/5.
• NISM Series V-A certification mandatory for the process.
• Candidates comfortable with targets and customer conversions.

Salary & Benefits

• 22,000 In-Hand / 26,000 CTC.
• Day Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM and 8 PM.
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off.
• Work From Office Ghansoli.

NISM Benefits

• 10,000 joining bonus for eligible certified candidates.
• 5,000 after 30 days and 5,000 after 60 days, subject to company policy.
• First NISM attempt fee paid by the company.
• Second attempt fee paid by the employee.
• Salary will remain on hold until NISM certification is cleared, as per process policy.
