Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals, investment preferences and risk appetite.
• Promote mutual fund products and investment solutions, including SIP and lump-sum options, in a clear and responsible manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, risks, costs and relevant documentation to help customers make informed decisions.
• Generate business through lead follow-ups, customer engagement, referrals and consistent pipeline management.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide timely assistance throughout the sales and onboarding journey.

Qualifications & Requirment:

• Gradudate with NISM/NISM 5A certification
• 2 years of experience in sales; experience in mutual funds, financial services, banking or investment products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Customer-oriented, target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
• Basic understanding of mutual funds, SIPs and investment concepts is desirable.
