Job summary

Startek in Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) is hiring for Mutual Fund Inbound Customer Service. The role requires NISM V-A certification, 6 months to 1 year MF experience, and a graduate (any stream) with strong communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary is 20,000 in-hand / 24,000 CTC with a fixed shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and weekly off on Sunday. Selected candidates will handle inbound MF queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and aim for high customer
