Job summary

Cloud Angles Digital Transformation seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to configure, customize, and extend the platform with custom plugins and workflows. You will build Plugins with C#, craft custom workflows and actions, and leverage Web API, REST, FetchXML, and OData to access data.

PowerApps, Dataverse, and Azure services will be part of daily development tasks. Ideal candidates bring .NET Framework expertise, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps experience, plus CRM reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and actions using C#.
• Experience with Web API, REST, FetchXML, and OData for data access.
• PowerApps and Dataverse development experience.
• Strong .NET Framework development skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM), including configuration, customization, and extending the platform with custom plugins and workflows.

• Experience with MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework to build and maintain applications.
• Experience in developing Reports within Dynamics CRM.
• Exposure to RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) in DynamicsCRM Field service is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in DynamicsCRM (Field Service) and PowerApps is a plus.
