IIFL Finance is seeking a Dynamics 365 professional to develop and customize Customer Service apps, focusing on Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and robust integration capabilities. The role requires hands-on development across C#/.NET, Dynamics plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, and CI/CD pipelines, with end-to-end deployment across Dev, SIT, UAT and Production.
You will work independently, troubleshoot production issues, provide RCA, and uphold ALM best
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications based on business requirements.
Develop C# Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Resources, and other customizations.
Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
Develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Data Factory.
Perform data migration, data validation, and troubleshooting in Dataverse.
Independently manage solution packaging, versioning, environment movement, and deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
Perform deployment activities using managed/unmanaged solutions and follow Microsoft ALM best practices.
Analyze and resolve QA/UAT/Production defects, integration failures, and performance issues.
Perform production deployments, rollback activities, post-deployment validation, and production support.
Conduct technical analysis and provide RCA for production issue

Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.
Ability to independently handle end-to-end development and deployment.
Experience deploying solutions across Dev SIT UAT Production.

Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables
