Job summary

Veeda CR in Ahmedabad is seeking a Lead Analyst to oversee day-to-day activities of Analysts in Bioanalytical Research, driving LC-MS/MS method development, optimization, and troubleshooting. The role includes planning projects, reviewing data and documentation, and ensuring GLP and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate equipment maintenance, manage deviations, and mentor the team, guiding performance and addressing personnel concerns while ensuring safety and quality systems are met.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm or MSc is required.
• 6–12 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical labs.
• Experience leading analysts and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Analysts in Bioanalytical Research.
• Drive bioanalytical method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using LC-MS/MS.
