Job summary

Caplin Point in Tamil Nadu, India invites applications for a Bioanalytical Lab professional to plan, assign and monitor day-to-day activities in the bioanalytical group. You will develop cost-efficient methods for estimating drugs and metabolites in biological matrices while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role includes supervising method development and validation, reviewing raw data and chromatograms, maintaining equipment and SOPs, and guiding the team using Watson LIMS

Qualifications

• Experience in method development and validation under GLP/GCP.
• Ability to guide team on regulatory-compliant sample analysis.
• Strong data review and chromatogram verification skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and monitor day-to-day bioanalytical activities.
• Develop cost-effective quality methods for estimation of various drugs and metabolites in biological matrices.
• Provide guidance to team on Method development, Method validation, and Study Sample analysis as per recent regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for verification and identification of raw data and chromatograms generated, repeats, reinjections and reintegration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant current regulations (GLP and GCP) and reporting of the lab activities.
• Responsible for the prepare/revise/review SOPs and Bioanalytical method SOPs any and conducting training of team members.
• Responsible for the operation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipments and verification of respective documents.
• Handling of Watson LIMS software to manage bioanalytical data and workflows from sample receipt to data reporting.
