Job summary

• Review bills and counsel on the approximate cost of treatment with the treating consultant.
• Provide interim bill updates day to day and explain the details; signatures are required.
• Ensure payment is done post counselling according to the bill amount and treatment procedures.
• Ensure transparency in billing processes.
• Keep a track on the defined TATs and adhere to them.
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships with doctors, patients, corporate representatives and other departments.
