Job summary

Sutherland Global Services in Mumbai seeks fresh graduates for Customer Support Associate roles on an international voice process. You will handle customer calls and develop communication skills through on‑the‑job training.

Immediate joiners and candidates within 25 km are preferred, with walk-in interviews at the Thane‑Belapur Navi Mumbai area. The position is office‑based with 24/7 rotas, five working days and two rotational weeks off.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and written skills.
• The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through calls.
• Candidates who are in Mumbai Location.
• Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 25KM radius of distance.
