Qualifications

Job Description :

* Willing to work in US Shift (Night Shift) for International Voice Process.
* Excellent Oral Communication and Listening Skills are mandatory.
* Must have good English narrative skills.
* Good to have analytical presentation and communication skills.
* Any International Voice process background will be given high priority for Customer Support Calling.
* Should have a minimum of 1-10 yrs. of experience in International BPO.
* Flexibility towards work & ability to adapt to Organisation's Culture
* Good Knowledge of MS Excel & Word
