You will design programs, conduct inductions, and mentor trainers, ensuring knowledge transfer, quality, and performance aligned with client requirements.

Candidates should have graduate degree and hands-on GDS experience; shift is day, 5.5 days, salary 10–12 LPA.

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Experience in travel industry, airline, travel agency, or travel-process BPO environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for travel processes and GDS platforms.

• Ensure knowledge transfer, process adherence, and compliance with client and business requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mock calls, feedback, certification results, and performance metrics.
• Identify learning gaps and implement coaching or retraining plans to improve performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Work with Operations, Quality, and stakeholders to align training content with updates and goals.
• Prepare training material, lesson plans, SOPs, knowledge resources, attendance records, and reports.
• Lead, mentor, and support trainers; monitor delivery standards and drive improvement.

Training Manager Travel Process (BPO)

Job Overview

iEnergizer is looking for an experienced Training Manager with a strong travel-industry background and hands‑on knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS). The role will lead training delivery for travel-related BPO operations, build process and product knowledge, and ensure that new hires and existing associates meet quality, customer‑service, and operational performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for travel processes and GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar systems.
• Conduct induction, process, product, system, refresher, and upskilling training for new hires and existing associates.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer, process adherence, and compliance with client and business requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, mock calls, feedback, certification results, and performance metrics.
• Identify learning gaps and implement coaching or retraining plans to improve performance, quality, and customer experience.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to align training content with process updates and business goals.
• Prepare and maintain training material, lesson plans, SOPs, knowledge resources, attendance records, and training reports.
• Lead, mentor, and support trainers; monitor delivery standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in an airline, travel agency, or travel‑process BPO environment.
• Strong working knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in training delivery and people management; experience managing a training team is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, analytical, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced BPO environment and manage multiple priorities.
