Job summary

Synthesis Winding Technologies is seeking an HMC Operator/Setter in Karnataka. The ideal candidate holds ITI, Diploma, or GTTC certification and has 3–6 years of hands-on experience with HMC machines.

The role involves setting up tooling, loading programs, running production, inspecting first-offs, and maintaining quality. Candidate must adhere to safety procedures, read technical drawings, and document production data.

• 3–6 years of experience in HMC/Setter roles.

Responsibilities

• Set up the machine, fixtures, tools, and work holding.
• Load programs and enter tool/work offsets.
• Operate the machine and monitor production.
• Check first-off and in-process parts using measuring instruments.
• Adjust settings to maintain quality and tolerance.
• Maintain coolant, lubrication, and machine cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and production targets.
• Read technical drawings and understand specifications.
• Record inspection results and production details.
