Job summary

TKIL Industries is urgently seeking HMC, VMC, JIG Boring and VTL operators, located in Pimpri Pune. The roles require 2–8 years of hands-on machining experience and immediate joining is preferred.

Operators must read drawings, perform tool and offset setup, and meet production targets with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Ideal candidates will have ITI or Diploma in Mechanical engineering and familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi CNC controls.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma – Mechanical preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HMC/VMC/JIG Boring/VTL.
• Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate HMC, VMC, JIG Boring and VTL machines as per production requirements.
• Perform machine setting, tool setting, offsets and program loading.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and GD&T.
• Conduct in-process inspection using vernier, micrometer, bore gauge and other precision instruments.
• Carry out tool changes and basic machine adjustments/troubleshooting.
• Achieve daily production, quality and cycle-time targets.
• Maintain proper documentation, 5S and shop-floor safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize rejection and rework.
