Responsibilities

Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is seeking a Sr. Process Analyst to support the GGB US Online Quoting vertical. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end online quoting process across multiple carrier portals by gathering, analyzing, and validating client information from various sources to obtain accurate insurance quotations. The incumbent will work closely with onshore stakeholders to ensure timely quote generation, adherence to carrier guidelines, and high-quality service delivery
