Job summary

Iccs is seeking an AI/Voice technology engineer to develop and maintain full-stack web applications for BPO and contact-centre operations, and to build AI-powered Voicebots and Voice AI solutions.

You will integrate LLMs, STT, TTS, SIP, WebRTC and dialer systems, work on RAG-based voice applications, and create real-time dashboards for calls, agents and campaigns while ensuring security, scalability and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO, Contact Center, Telecalling or Customer Service Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Voicebot / Voice AI projects.
• Experience integrating Dialer + CRM + AI Voicebot.
• Experience building RAG-based conversational applications.
• Understanding of real-time voice processing and call workflows.
• Experience with AI/LLM APIs and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities
