Reporting to: Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/Zonal Manager.

Location: Hyderabad DO, Begumpet.

1. Job Purpose

To manage Life Insurance product operations and related processes efficiently while ensuring compliance with AML/KYC guidelines, regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely processing of insurance transactions, maintaining prescribed turnaround times (TATs) and providing prompt support to branch teams and customers by resolving queries and complaints effectively.

2. Key Responsibilitie[s]

• Process life insurance applications, policy servicing requests, endorsements, renewals and other operational transactions with high accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements during policy processing and service activities.
• Verify and validate customer documents, policy details and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain Turnaround Times (TATs) and service level standards for all operational activities.

• 0 to 1 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Administration, Customer Service or related functions.

7. Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays (as per business requirement).
