Job summary

R&D Instrument Services is seeking a calibration technician to perform lab calibration and adjustments on instruments according to defined procedures. The role requires maintaining detailed calibration records and assisting customers with technical support related to calibration and equipment usage.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electronics, instrumentation, and related systems, plus the ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and stay updated on new calibration

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/BE in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical or BSc in Physics is required.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, instrumentation, mechanical or electrical systems.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail; basic knowledge of related systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation.
• Good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 calibration standards.
• Lab or workshop exposure through projects or internships is preferred.
