• Report to Senior Engineer or Technical Manager; modify documents as needed.

Job Description: CALIBRATION ENGINEER (FEMALE CANDIDATE NEED )

1.The Calibration Engineer Ensure The Service Provided To The Customers With A High Level Of Quality That Meets Customer Expectation.

2.The Calibration Engineer Will Put In Place A System To Measure An Organizations Performance And Then Report On Its Findings, Liaising With Managers And Staff, And Coordinating Procedures. To Address Any Deficiencies.

3.The Calibration Engineer Involves Ensuring That The Different Products Leaving From The Lab, Companies Or Organizations Are Fully Operational, Effective And Free From Defects.

4.To Perform Intermediate Checks, Replicate Check & Recalibration Of Retained Items As per the procedure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Physical Verification Of The Instruments That Comes For Calibration.

2.To Guide Customer Support Executive By Informing The Feasibility Of Performing Calibration For The Items Given By The Customer.

3.To Calibrate The Instruments At Our Laboratory As Per The Work Instructions Maintained By The Laboratory.

4.Calibration Results Are To Be Recorded In The Observation Sheets.

5.To Prepare Certificate Of Calibration After Completion Of Calibration

6.To Report To Senior Engineer Or To The Technical Manager. 7.Preparation/Modification Of Work Instructions.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Maintaining Lab Accommodation Environmental Condition.

2.To Undergo Training As Per The Schedule.

3.To Inform The Calibration Due Of The Master InstrumentsPer The Schedule.

5.In The Absence Of Senior Engineer, Calibration Engineer Has To Amend Quality Manual / Quality System Procedure / Formats If Any.

6.To Support Customer In The Absence Of Customer Support Executive.
