Scyo Decision Services in Chennai is hiring Trainee Client Service Executives for a night-shift voice process supporting US healthcare. Freshers from 2022 plus current year graduates with strong English and MS Office skills are invited to apply. Training and office-based roles with cab drop for certain candidates are offered.

Location: Tidel Park, Taramani or Perungudi. Salary is 240000 per annum, with medical insurance and night-shift facilities provided.

Qualifications

• Should have good English communication (written and oral).
• Typing skills and MS Office (Excel knowledge mandatory).
• Willing to work in night shift and in office location.

Responsibilities

• Process medical billing transactions with accuracy and within turnaround times.
• Make calls to US health insurance payors.
• Call patients on behalf of providers' offices.
• Absorb all customer rules and ensure compliant processing.

Job Roles :

• Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases
• To make calls to US health insurance Payors.
• To make calls to patients on behalf of Provider's office
• Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time

Desired Candidate profile :

• Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 or 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM-depends on project assigned)
• Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
• Any degree or Diploma(12+Diploma only) is mandatory- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards only (CURRENT YEAR PASSED OUT CAN ALSO APPLY)
• Should have Good English communication skills(Written and oral)
