Scyo Decision Services in Chennai invites freshers to join as a Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process) for a US healthcare voice process. Location is Tidel Park, Taramani or Perungudi on-site, with projects assigned to determine exact site.

The role involves processing medical billing, calling insurers or clients about unpaid claims, and contacting patients on behalf of doctors’ offices. Night shifts, immediate joining, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Freshers from 2022 batch or later are eligible.
• Night shift availability 5:30PM–2:30AM or later.
• Immediate joining for work-from-office mode.
• Good English communication (written and spoken).
• Typing skills and strong MS Office knowledge are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Process medical billing transactions as part of a team.
• Make calls to insurers or clients to follow up on unpaid claims.
• Call patients on behalf of doctors’ offices.
• Adhere to customer rules and ensure high accuracy within turnaround times.

Job Location :

Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi (Next to Perungudi EB office), Chennai(Location depends on project assigned)

Job Roles :

• Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases
• To make calls to insurance companies or to the client to follow up on unpaid claims.
• To make calls to patients on behalf of doctor's office
• Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time

Desired Candidate profile :

• Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5:30PM to 2:30AM or Later)
• Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
• Any degree or Diploma(12+Diploma only) is mandatory- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards only
• Should have Good English communication skills (Written and oral)
• Should posses good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
• Cab Drop facility(One way) will be provided for female candidates (No transportation for male candidates)
• Food facility available for all night shift employee.
• Medical insurance facility for all employees
