Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic in Delhi is seeking a Consultant Doctor in Trichology & Cosmetology to provide expert dermatology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, and ensure safety and compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate has MBBS with 1–2 years (or BDS/MDS with 3–5 years), hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, Botox, and threads, plus strong communication and ethical client care; willing to visit branches across Delhi NCR.

Qualifications

• MBBS with 1–2 years of experience, or BDS/MDS with 3–5 years in dermatology/cosmetology/trichology.
• Hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic injectables.
• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ethical practice and client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Consultation & Diagnosis: conduct detailed skin and hair consultations and diagnose conditions.
• Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures: perform laser skin procedures, peels, PRP, Microneedling, Botox, threads, and other injectables; document parameters.
• Client Experience: build trust, handle queries, ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Team Collaboration: work with consultants, technicians, and front desk; support SOPs and clinic operations.

Consultant Doctor - For Trichology & Cosmetology Clinic

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is ethical, confident, and passionate about cosmetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.
• Explain procedures, risks, results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.

Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures

• Perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments including:
  • Laser Skin Procedures
  • Chemical Peels
  • PRP Therapy
  • Microneedling
  • Botox
  • Threads
  • Other cosmetology procedures/ Injectables as per training
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow-ups in Zenoti.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.
• Handle queries, doubts, and objections with clarity and professionalism.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage strong retention.

Team Collaboration & Clinic Support

• Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.
• Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritising medical suitability.
• Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.
• Assist in smooth clinical operations when required.

Who Can Apply

• Experience: For MBBS – 1- 2 years, For BDS/MDS – 3-5 Years
• Min 1–5 years in dermatology, cosmetology, or trichology preferred
• Hands‑on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic / Injectable procedures
• Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills

• 5 days working | Candidate should be open to visiting branches in Delhi NCR.
