Job summary

STEEL NEST is seeking a skilled Creo Design Engineer with 5 years of mechanical design experience to develop 3D models, assemblies and drawing packs for manufacturing. You will work on end-to-end product development, from concept through release, ensuring robust designs and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include GD&T, tolerance analysis, BOM maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with production, quality and sourcing teams to resolve issues and meet timelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Creo-based mechanical design experience or fresher with strong Creo knowledge.
• Proficient in 3D modelling, 2D drafting and engineering drawings.
• Experience with GD&T, tolerances and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D parts and assemblies using PTC Creo Parametric.
• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Develop concepts from customer requirements.
• Apply GD&T and tolerance stack-ups to designs.
• Perform assembly modelling and interference checks.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs.
• Modify and improve existing product designs.
• Design sheet-metal, plastic or machined components.
• Support prototype development, testing and validation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality and sourcing teams.
• Resolve production-related design issues.
• Maintain engineering documents and revision records.
• Complete assigned projects within timelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creo Design Engineer with 05 years of experience in mechanical product design and development. Freshers with strong knowledge of PTC Creo, 3D modelling, 2D drafting and engineering drawings are also encouraged to apply.

The selected candidate will create accurate 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings and BOMs while coordinating with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D parts and assemblies using PTC Creo Parametric

• Freshers should have completed Creo training or relevant academic projects
