Job summary

CADOpt Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Design Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on Creo experience to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on 3D modelling, 2D drafting, and mechanical design concepts, with practical Creo implementation across projects.

The candidate will create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings, develop detailed drawings with tolerances, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery. A BE/B.Tech in a related discipline is required.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings with appropriate dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Work on part modelling, assembly modelling, and drafting.
• Understand engineering drawings and mechanical design requirements.
• Make design modifications based on project requirements and engineering feedback.
• Follow design standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to complete assigned deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of design outputs within project timelines.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Creo.
• Good knowledge of Creo Parametric - Part Modelling, Assembly & Drafting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from Bangalore, Coimbatore, or other project locations as required.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from Mechanical Design / Product Design / CAD Engineering backgrounds with practical Creo experience are preferred.
