Job summary

Eppinger Tooling Asia in Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore district seeks skilled machinists to operate VMCs, turning and HMCs, reading drawings, and setting up jobs with tools and fixtures. You will perform offset adjustments, inspect parts with precision gauges, and adapt to a 3-shift schedule with OT availability.

Applicants should have strong Fanuc systems knowledge, GD&T, drawing interpretation, and non-standard product exposure.

• Qualification: 12,10,BE,DME, ITI stated by candidate
• Experience: 01 To 15 Years Work Experience
• Preferred: Since 3 Shift Basis Work

Responsibilities

• Operate VMC / Turning / HMC machines independently.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Set up jobs by loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
• Perform machine offset adjustments and tool wear compensation during machining.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.

2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
3. Set up jobs by loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
4. Perform machine offset adjustments and tool wear compensation during machining.
5. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
6. Years required, Should well versed in Fanuc Systems., GD & T, Drawing study and Setting knowledge preferable.
7. Should have knowledge in Non Standard product

Preferred - Since 3 Shift Basis Work

Shift : 8 hour shift / OT available
