Job summary

Indmax It Services is seeking a monitoring/DevOps-minded professional to oversee 24/7 alerting using PagerDuty, Kibana and Grafana. You will triage incidents, monitor servers and databases, manage backups and batch jobs, and coordinate with the incident management process.

The ideal candidate has basic AWS or Azure knowledge, Linux administration, shell scripting, and hands-on experience with Grafana, ELK, Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet and JIRA. This role is based in Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore district.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure.
Linux Administration & Shell scripting.
Moderate knowledge in Grafana and ELK.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet & JIRA.

Responsibilities
