Beplus Talent Solutions is seeking a capable team lead to recruit and manage a pool of self-sourced agents for life insurance in India. The role involves guiding the sales team, setting achievable targets, and sustaining long-term customer relationships with a focus on life insurance products.

The ideal candidate has graduation, at least 1 year of sales/finance/insurance experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Qualifications
