Job summary

R1 RCM is hiring for a Medical Role for US Healthcare. A Walk-in Drive is scheduled on 6-Nov-2026, 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM, in Gurgaon office with interview in Noida.

Freshers with BPharma or BSc life sciences (2023 or later) are eligible; B.Tech/B.E are not eligible. Experienced candidates need at least 12 months in Medical Summarization/Pharmacovigilance. Shifts: 6 PM–3 AM / 9 PM–6 AM EST.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory (BPharma, BSc in life sciences).
• Passing year should be 2023 or later.
• B.Tech/B.E candidates are not eligible.
• Freshers must be complete with no A UAN number or PF record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with US health insurance companies (Insurance Customer Care/Nurses/UM Team).
• Quality of notation, read clinical documentation and data entry for payer requirements.
• Work shifts from 6pm to 3am or 9pm to 6am (EST) to support US operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers

• Graduation is mandatory(Bpharma, BSC in life sciences)
• Passing year should be 2023 or later.
• B.Tech/B.E. candidates are not eligible.
• Candidate should be a complete fresher without A UAN Number or previous PF Record

Experienced Candidates

• Minimum 12 months of Medical Summarization/Scribe/Clinical Investigator/Pharmacovigilance (US Healthcare RCM) experience is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Objective :

Authorization Creation is a process where we need to coordinate with the nurses for decrypting the medical records & reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with the US health insurance companies (Insurance Customer Care/Nurses/UM Team)

• Would be working in 6pm to 3 am & 9pm to 6am, Supporting US operations (in EST Zone)
