Job description

Role & responsibilities :

1. Handle inbound client calls related to Tally Accounting Software.
2. Understand and analyze clients accounting and taxation issues, including GST (Good and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at source).
3. Provide step-by-step guidance and solution for resolving Tally- related problems and queries on GST-TDS.
4. Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction
5. Document customer interaction and issues for future reference
6. Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and client experiences.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Higher education credential (B COM, BBA, BBM, M COM, MBA)
2. A minimum of (0-6months) Experience or Newly qualified individuals
