Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking a Fresher for the Accounts Payable Associate role in our Finance department. The candidate will support invoice processing, payments, and vendor record maintenance in alignment with policy and procedure.

The role focuses on learning to verify invoices, perform data entry, and assist with month-end closing while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Fresh graduates from Commerce/Finance with good communication are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience is not mandatory for fresher positions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately.
• Verify invoice details and supporting documents before processing.
• Perform invoice data entry into the relevant accounting or ERP system.
• Check invoices against purchase orders and receipts where applicable.
• Assist with vendor account reconciliation and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and vendor details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoice and payment queries.
• Assist in processing payments within the defined timelines.
• Support month-end closing and accounts payable reporting activities.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
