K R Bakes in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage GST compliance, Tally accounting, and day-to-day financial operations. The role involves ensuring accurate books, statutory filings, and timely reporting to management and auditors.

The candidate will lead the accounts team, handle bank reconciliations, and oversee vendor and customer settlements while maintaining strict compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

Responsibilities

• GST Compliance: Must have strong knowledge of GST, including GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC), and GST compliance.
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime: Must be proficient in Tally, including accounting entries, ledger maintenance, purchase and sales entries, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and financial reports.
• Financial Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Manage TDS, GST-related documentation, tax payments, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Bank Reconciliation: Monitor bank transactions, cash flow, payment entries, and bank reconciliation statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and other management reports.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor vendor payments, outstanding balances, customer receivables, and ensure timely settlements.
• Team Management & Audit Support: Supervise the accounts team, verify accounting records, coordinate with auditors, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
