Job summary

Intelliroot Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally / TallyPrime to manage daily accounting, maintain accurate financial records and coordinate statutory compliance with our CA. This full-time, on-site role offers growth opportunities across multiple locations in India.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of accounting experience, strong MS Excel skills, and working knowledge of GST and TDS.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or a relevant accounting qualification.
• 1–4 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in Tally / TallyPrime and MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries in Tally.
• Maintain ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Maintain expense records, petty cash and supporting documents.
• Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate filings with the CA.
• Support monthly closing, financial reporting and audits.
