Ideal candidates have a relevant hospitality or tourism qualification and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, plus strong customer service and communication skills. You will uphold Hyatt standards and collaborate with the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
