We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Capital Markets – Institutional Trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in financial markets, trade lifecycle, and regulatory compliance, with hands‑on experience in analyzing requirements and coordinating projects in a trading environment. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, traders, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior PM in project planning, tracking, and reporting deliverables across the SDLC (Agile Scrum methodologies).
- Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and operations to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Support the implementation of trading and post-trade solutions (Order Management Systems, Execution Management Systems).
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), and project status reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM in Capital Markets, Trading, or Investment Banking environment.
- Good understanding of trade lifecycle (front-to-back), asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX), and institutional trading workflows.
Must Have Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiar with JIRA
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Good to Have Skills
- Understanding of Buy/Sell side business environment
