About the Role

We're looking for a Head of PMO to lead our Enterprise Project Management team and take ownership of how we deliver projects to clients — end to end. This is a critical leadership mandate: today, delivery is scaling faster than our processes, and we need someone who can bring structure, discipline, and maturity to the PMO function without slowing teams down.

You’ll be responsible for making sure enterprise implementation projects land on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction — while also building the standardized processes, tools, and governance that let the team repeat that success consistently, not just occasionally. You’ll work closely with Tech, Product, and client stakeholders, and will often be the person who steps in when a project is at risk or a client relationship needs steadying.

This role reports into leadership and comes with real ownership — you’ll be shaping how the PMO function operates for the next phase of the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Project Management team, setting the bar for how projects are planned, tracked, and delivered
• Own end-to-end project outcomes — timelines, budgets, scope, and client satisfaction — across a portfolio of enterprise implementations
• Build and standardize PMO processes, tools, templates, and governance frameworks so delivery quality doesn’t depend on any one person
• Strengthen the PMO team’s capability through mentoring, coaching, and structured skill-building
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority or at-risk projects, bringing calm, clear decision‑making under pressure
• Manage senior stakeholders across Tech, Product, and clients — translating technical realities into client‑facing confidence, and vice versa
• Drive strategic planning for the PMO function — resourcing, prioritization, and roadmap — in line with broader business goals
• Bring in analytical rigor: track delivery metrics, spot patterns in delays or risks, and course‑correct proactively rather than reactively

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of enterprise project management experience, with prior experience actually leading a PMO office (not just being part of one)
• Strong, proven client management experience — comfortable owning senior client relationships, including in tense or escalated situations
• Experience working closely and effectively with engineering/tech teams
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of building or standardizing processes at scale
• Excellent communication skills — able to manage up, across, and with clients
• Composure under pressure — this role will involve high‑stakes situations and tight timelines
• Background in Loyalty and/or IT services strongly preferred
• Engineering + management educational/professional background preferred
