Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks a senior-level Business Development professional to expand the client base and grow relationships in the asset management space.

The role requires strong networking, market knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients. You will identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events, while building relationships with family offices, UHNI/HNI clients, and corporates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or relationship management in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of engaging and acquiring Family Offices, HNI, and UHNI clients.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude, along with excellent communication skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities
