Joblet-AI is seeking an analytical VP of UX Research to join our remote team. This pivotal role shapes operations, drives strategic initiatives, and delivers exceptional results within the function.

You will combine big-picture thinking with hands-on, tactical execution to lead a globally distributed team. Responsibilities include presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership, budgeting and forecasting, and building interactive BI dashboards.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data manipulation.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
