Joblet-AI is hiring a Director of UX Research to lead a fully remote team and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The role combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, shaping operations and delivering measurable results.

You will manage budgets, forecast needs, and guide data-driven UX research programs. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced remote environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.
• Identify critical trends, behavioral patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
• Develop, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards.
• Present complex data findings and actionable strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data manipulation.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
