Job summary

Hired is seeking a results-driven VP of Data Privacy to lead a remote, globally distributed team and shape privacy operations across the organization. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, guiding privacy initiatives while collaborating with data and security stakeholders.

You will own budgets, drive metrics, and translate complex data into clear business narratives that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Ability to translate raw data into clear, business-driven narratives.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
