The ideal candidate combines big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has 8–10+ years in data architecture or related roles, and thrives in a fully remote, distributed environment with strong collaboration and stakeholder

• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
