Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Mumbai, India, seeks a VP - KYC Operations Senior AI Lead to architect and deliver scalable AI solutions for KYC workflows.

You will lead design of production-grade Generative AI applications, drive technical strategy, mentor teams, and ensure compliance and security in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience with Gen AI/RAG or agent-based systems, strong leadership, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in relevant field with 2.5+ years architecting Gen AI RAG or agent-based solutions.
• Expert-level understanding of agentic design, memory management, hallucination control.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure production-grade AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, security, and performance in production environments.
• Familiarity with SAS, SQL, Tableau is a plus.

The overall objective is to leverage deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the execution of key AI initiatives and mentor other team members.## Responsibilities:* Architect, design, and lead the development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex Agentic solutions.* Define and drive technical strategy for AI projects, including making key decisions on architecture, frameworks, and tools.
