Job summary

Responsibilities include steering financial planning, investor relations, risk management, and compliance while guiding M&A and strategic initiatives to create long-term value for stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial strategy.
• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or strategic finance.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of compliance, taxation, audit, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on business expansion, strategic initiatives, M&A, and key commercial decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization while delivering actionable insights to investors, board members, and stakeholders.
