About the Job

This is a VP / GM / DGM Operations level opportunity with Rajsriya Automotive Industries Pvt. Ltd., based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

What the company is looking for

The role is strongly focused on shop-floor transformation and manufacturing excellence, particularly:

1. To meet out the customer’s daily requirement related to delivery and quality.
2. Ensuring daily production against the schedule.
3. Resolving the quality issues on daily basis.
4. Inter plant quality & quantity mediation.
5. Monitoring JIT & MRP 3 times a day and work to close the pending JITs.
6. Review emails (3 times a day).
7. Responsible for PQCDSM (Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale).
8. Declaring production plan and interacting with other department to ensure availability of Man, Machine, Method and Materials.
9. Daily Schedule Vs Delivery monitoring for the day and previous day performance.
10. Responsible for controlling the unit’s Salary (vs) Turnover.
11. Responsible for loss reduction.
12. Responsible for budget control.
13. Improving the sales and actions for capacity constraints.
14. Responsible for Continual Improvement Project (CIP).
15. Responsible for all CFT Parameters - Gas, LPG, Co2 Wire, Chemical, Powder, Paint consumption and other consumable control.
16. Acting on ODC.
17. Responsible for production improvement.
18. Machine and Tool – Ensuring preventive and planned Maintenance.
19. Clearing Pending GRN at customer end.
20. Attending customer complaints and taking corrective actions.
21. Responsible for the TPM activities of all plants.
22. Clearing of rejection rework on line and focus on preventing from rejection.
23. Ensuring zero-line stoppers at our end and our customer end.
24. Responsible for the EBITA of the unit.

Ideal candidate profile

The ideal candidate would be a Senior manufacturing/production/PED leader from the automotive or auto-ancillary sector having handled multiple units/locations, who has hands‑on experience with sheet-metal fabrication processes, machining, tools, Lean/Kaizen, OEE improvement, quality problem solving, budgeting, safety, resource management, line balancing/layout optimization and shop-floor team leadership.
