Grade (M5/M6)

Salary - upto 30Lac but for South Bombay we can go up-to 35 Lacs

• The current CTC of the Candidate should NOT be less than 8 Lacs as a condition.
• The Candidate should not be ‘out of a job’ unless it is a genuine reason.
• The Candidate’s either current or previous CASA book size should be more than 300 Cr+.

KRAs

• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
• Establishing standards and delivery of service.
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
• Sale of MF and insurance products.
• Fee income.
• Branch administration.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.

Experience

1. Large branch: 6-8 years banking experience. Medium branch: 4-6 years banking experience.
2. 3-4 years in branch banking.
3. Atleast 2-3 years as branch manager of a branch (for large branch); atleast 1 year as branch manager (for medium branch)
4. Must have had sales experience, liabilities products preferable.
