Job summary

Ecosmob Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks a VoIP/Telecom engineer to work on SIP-based communication systems with Freeswitch.

You will handle LAN/WAN networking, SIP signaling, and media protocols while leveraging MySQL/MongoDB for data management. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential as you review peers' work and contribute to enterprise PBX deployments. Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures is a plus, along with Linux server administration.

Qualifications

• Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN with SIP/SDP/RTP/SRTP/TLS fundamentals.
• Experience with Freeswitch and PBX/enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of databases Like MySQL and MongoDB.
• Ability to troubleshoot and review team work effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug VoIP/networking issues across platforms.
• Review work of resources and provide guidance to the team.
• Collaborate on open-source or proprietary VOIP solutions and deployments.

Job description

• Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN
• Very good knowledge on SIP / SDP protocol / RTP / SRTP / TLS protocols
• Must have experience with Freeswitch
• Experience with Voice agents, Gen AI, LLMs, RAG and agentic architecture
• Experience in MySQL, MongoDB
• Standard features of Enterprise Communication Servers (PBXs)
• Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques
• Review work of resources
• Good in Written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

• Experience in OpenSIPS or Kamailio
• Experience in building any of softPBX, Voicemail, ACD, IVRS these applications
