Job summary

Eteam in Hyderabad is hiring for a Customer Support Associate (Voice) to handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and courteous communication. The role is a permanent position with a 5-day work week, including 2 rotational offs after training.

Salary ranges from 2.4 LPA for freshers up to 3.0 LPA for 1+ year of experience, based on performance and skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi/Tamil is required, with Tamil/Hindi preferred. Shifts are 24/7 rotational.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to articulate sentences clearly and with proper pronunciation.
• Strong comprehension and expression.
• Fluent English with Hindi/Tamil as additional language.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide effective customer support with clear and courteous communication.
• Adhere to login and production hours; total login hours 10 hours and production hours 9.
• Maintain punctuality and follow scheduled break timings.
• Stay updated on process knowledge, policies, and daily updates.
