Nature of duties

• Conduct replicated breeding & agronomy trials, RST, Paired comparison trials, Market Development trials & demonstrations of Vegetable crops in assigned territory.
• Timely sowing and transplanting with good agronomic practices, harvesting and threshing of breeding & RST Trials in assigned territory.
• Observing and collection of data and trial results and reporting to the concerned persons.
• Assist in collecting information to resolve product performance complaints.
• Locate and manage good field sites for RST/OFD as needed.
• Collect local germplasm from assigned territory and manage all farm activities and timely settlement of all related expenses.
• Collect market information and variety requirements.
