Responsibilities

• Follow quality standards, safety rules and 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Report defects or machine issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.

This is an on-site internship that leads to a full-time position based on your performance. We manufacture precision components for the aerospace industry, where accuracy, quality and safety come first. You will learn on the shop floor, working under experienced engineers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating machines such as CNC and VMC, under supervision
• Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions

• Report defects, deviations or machine issues to the supervisor promptly
