Job description

What You Will Be Doing

• Feeding raw material & parts to automated machine.
• Control and adjust machine settings as per production batch.
• Inspect output with precision and measuring tools periodically and ensure no rejection.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Filling up of Inspection report, route card and Production Report.
• Perform proper handing over of work before leaving machine on shift change.
• Maintain organized, clean and orderly work area.
• Maintain Tooling records.
• Cleaning of scrap and machine as well as filling of coolant.
• Handle material and tools.
• Work under the guidance of supervisor to perform duties.
• Inform unsafe operation, defective production to supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety measures during operating machines.
• Inform supervisor for any break down, maintenance and repairs.
• To co-ordinate with co-workers regarding work.
• Provide progress report to supervisor.
• Attend any task given from supervisor.
• Filling relevant documents throughout process and maintain filing and record.
