Job Search in Thane, Maharashtra, is looking for a VMC Operator with hands-on experience in operating VMC machines, basic G-code editing, and setting tools for precise metal part manufacture. The role requires familiarity with Fanuc controllers and accuracy in measurement with micrometers and bore gauges.

The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, set offsets, and follow safety guidelines around the spindle. Training and growth along the VMC path are available.

Formación

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with basic G-code / M-code editing.
• Experience with Fanuc controllers common in industry.
• Safe operation around spindle; no gloves near moving parts.
• Knowledge of tool offsets and work offsets (G54).

Responsabilidades

• Operate VMC machine to produce metal parts from drawings.
• Perform setting: clamp job, set tools, set zero.
• Execute basic CNC programming and edit G-code/M-code.
• Take measurements with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge for quality.
• Daily cleaning and coolant level checks.
