Job summary

Job Excel in Ahmedabad district seeks a skilled VMC Machine Operator to oversee machine operation, tooling, and process optimization. The role requires hands-on expertise with VMC and CNC machines, setting up tools, and mentoring operators on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will work to reduce cycle times and tool costs while improving run-time efficiency and maintaining quality using measurement tools. Diploma/ITI or UG qualification preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate VMC/CNC machines with precision and safety.

• Improve machine run-time and reduce cycle-time through process improvements.
• Train setters and contribute to team development for consistent output.
• Use measurement tools to verify part accuracy and quality.
